Direct government funding at the Department of Chemistry
The Department of Chemistry receives funding directly from the government of approximately 170 MSEK per annum, and additionally external grants that add up to roughly the same amount. The four pie charts below focus on the direct government funding and show the split between the funding received for Research and Education as well as the differences between the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering. The charts can be summarized as follows: a) approx. 3/4 of the government funding are dedicated to Research b) approx. 2/3 of the government funding reaches the Department of Chemistry via the Faculty of Science c) 2/3 of Education are financed via the Faculty of Engineering (LTH) d) approx. 3/4 of Research are financed via the Faculty of Science.
If you have any questions contact Karolina Isaksson, Head of Finance at the Department of Chemistry.
Information from the library
New books are displayed at the library
The library displays new books in one of their windows.
On the Department of Chemistry website we have gathered information about research funding on a specific page. Here we publish calls for proposals that come to the attention of the department. Visit the page: www.kilu.lu.se/internt/forskningsfinansiering/
