The Centre for Analysis and Synthesis (CAS) is one of four research centers at the Department of Chemistry at Lund University.
The Centre for Analysis and Synthesis is working with research questions that are fundamental in their nature and can contribute to a more sustainable future. Our research focus are health, materials for energy efficiency, green chemistry and environmental chemistry.
Our core competences are within molecular design and synthesis, organic and inorganic material synthesis, chemical analysis and structure and morphology analysis, both in solution and the solid state.
